Jason Allen, MBA, CSP

Jason Allen is a Certified Safety Professional with over two decades of experience leading EHS programs across manufacturing, logistics, and high-risk service environments. He holds a B.S. in Occupational Safety & Health from Murray State University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the New York Institute of Technology.

Before founding Veltera Risk Advisors, Jason held senior leadership roles where he built safety programs from the ground up, navigated OSHA audits, managed multi-state risk operations, and helped companies measurably reduce their claim costs.

His philosophy is simple: risk control should be practical, data-driven, and built around the way your business actually runs. Jason founded Veltera to bring high-level strategy and support to the companies that need it most—and to serve as a true partner in building safer, stronger organizations.
