Meet the Founder.

Jason Allen – Founder & CEO of Veltera Risk Advisors

Jason Allen is a seasoned risk control and safety professional with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations reduce risk, lower claims, and build safer, more resilient operations. As the founder of Veltera Risk Advisors, he brings a clear vision, strong operational insight, and a deep understanding of how to align safety practices with broader risk management and insurance objectives. 

Jason has led comprehensive risk control programs in general industry settings, including large-scale manufacturing and multi-site operations. His work has consistently produced measurable reductions in workers’ compensation and auto claims, improved insurance outcomes, and strengthened internal safety performance. He has guided teams through OSHA inspections, implemented strategic risk control initiatives, and collaborated with brokers and underwriters to support renewal strategies and improve client risk profiles. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Murray State University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the New York Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP). 

Jason’s approach is both practical and forward-thinking. He partners with clients to identify root causes, prioritize risk drivers, and develop sustainable systems that reduce incidents and drive down the cost of risk. His leadership is grounded in accountability, strategic focus, and a firm belief that safety, compliance, and insurance performance are most effective when managed together, not in silos.
